The Director of Early College is responsible for the support, development, and implementation of the Early College Program at RBA. Under the direction of the Head of School, the Director of EC will lead and manage all aspects of the RBA Early College Program including program development, partnership management, professional development for faculty, recruitment and advising students, and working with all stakeholders to improve program quality and expand early college. The Director is responsible for cultivating and fostering positive and working relationships between higher education partners, to build rigorous and developmentally appropriate programs and activities that will result in successful and positive program experiences for students, and post-secondary success.
