Director of Demand Planning & Purchasing

This opportunity may be based out of other Reyes Beverage Group locations.
Position Responsibilities:

+ Develop a strategic demand and supply plan for the supply chain team to execute against

+ Manage against specific goals for inventory days on hand, customer service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory waste and employee engagement

+ Work proactively with our suppliers to maximize inventory effectiveness and reduce waste

+ Develop recommendations for capital, operating, and staffing budgets. Manage the Demand & Purchase Planning budget to ensure achievement of company targets and efficient allocation of resources

+ Lead the team through effective hiring, orienting, training, mentoring, and coaching activities. Develop a staffing plan that meets organization and customer expectations while also considering financial constraints
