Location: Shanghai (Global HQ)

We’re scaling globally-and we need a visionary to build our compensation strategy from the ground up. This is your chance to shape executive pay, incentive design, and global benchmarking for a company that’s changing the world.
What You’ll Do:
Build global compensation policy outside China

Lead executive pay strategy and incentive design

Benchmark against global standards and top-tier firms

Collaborate with global HR and finance leaders
Who You Are:
10+ years in compensation & benefits

Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills

Working experiences at Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, or Pearl Meyer preferred

Multinational, sharp, and upbeat

Preferably from heavy industry
This is a newly created role to support global growth.
