Description
We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Director of Print Production. This role owns service excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales and Leadership on strategy, delivery, and growth.


What You’ll Do

+ Lead and develop a team of client service managers and professionals

+ Drive service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency

+ Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsell, and new business initiatives

+ Oversee implementation and execution of products and services

+ Serve as senior escalation point and remove operational roadblocks

+ Manage capacity planning, staffing, workflows, and process improvement

+ Support client onboarding, business reviews, and new implementations

+ Own team performance, reporting, compliance, and succession planning
