Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate & experienced Director of Childcare to lead one of our Childcare Centers in Regina for a one-year term appointment. The successful candidate will be well versed in applicable federal & provincial legislation & agreements for the safety & management of childcare centers, such as the Child Care Regulations, 2015 and Section 14 of the regulations, philosophy & program.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operations & decision making for a center serving approximately 90 children.
• Accountable for overseeing approximately 20 staff, & for the successful delivery of a high‑quality early learning programming for children, while implementing the vision & principles of Play & Exploration such as the Early Learning Program Guide & the JUS Philosophy.
