Director of Business Operations

Designation: Associate Director/Director Business Operations (This will be commensurate to profile and decided based on overall fitment and interview evaluations)
Job Location: Pune
Type: Work from Office – Hybrid
Experience: 15 to 20 years (not more than 20 years overall experience)
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business administration, or a related field
Must Have:
- Minimum 15 years in Business Operations
- Should have directly managed minimum 30 to 40 headcount
- Product Company background from the Professional Services side
