Director of Business Operations

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Director of Business Operations** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Plans, directs, and coordinates the business operations of the organization by overseeing multiple administrative and financial departments.
+ Formulate high-level policies and manage the strategic use of materials and human resources.
+ Serve as the final authority for the validation of operational procedures and program-wide resource planning.
+ Provides strategic leadership for the Business Operations Lead (BOL) functions and ensures the synchronization of business processes across all ILS2 tasks.
+ Approve complex operational workflows and lead the transition from steady-state business activities to contingency surge requirements.
+ Provide executive-level reporting on program health and coordinate with mission partners to optimize organizational effectiveness.
