About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead the vision, growth strategy, and international expansion of an internationally known music & fitness games brand .

This is a senior leadership role combining commercial strategy, partnership development, product innovation, and financial oversight. You will identify new growth opportunities, secure high-value partnerships, and develop scalable commercial models that drive sustainable global expansion.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape market entry strategies, build revenue frameworks, and ensure the long-term commercial success of the business.
