Director, National Programs

Overview

The Director of National Programs leads the Native English Program for the Maximo Nivel institute in Cusco, Peru. The National Director is responsible for sales, marketing, client service, class scheduling, diagnostic testing, and matriculation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 office staff (shared)
• Oversee front office operations, daily logistics of opening/closing, cash handling, and selling English classes
• Generate excitement within the National Programs Team and client base about delivering great client service and meeting monthly matriculation goals
• Work with individuals to matriculate them into Maximo’s Native English Program; sell group programs to corporate clients (hotels, banks, restaurants, tour operators, and other businesses)
