Overview The Waterfront Director oversees Seacamp's programs, safety, training, and equipment that are in, on, and around the water. Seacamp is a unique nonprofit marine science education facility located in the Florida Keys. Duties A. Supervision of site as designated by the Director(s). (Operations Manager) B. Maintain an awareness of the total camp situation at all times, making necessary reports to the Director(s) in a timely manner. C. Assist with the opening and closing of each season. D. Act as member of leadership team in supervision of staff. E. Assist leadership team with staff meeting agendas. F. Coordinate, implement and/or assist staff training with leadership training team. G. Lead training sessions in risk management, including but not limited to, American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and When Help Is Delayed, to insure safety of all participants.
