+ Develop and implement a comprehensive media relations strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and values.
+ Proactively identify media opportunities and cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
+ Prepare senior company representatives for media engagements and public speaking opportunities.
+ Develop inspiring stories from across our business in collaboration with experts and colleagues from the broader Communications team.
+ Support and guide local communications teams and Business Units in engaging with media and build capabilities.
+ Act as a spokesperson for the organization, responding to media inquiries, participating in interviews, driving financial communications, and shaping and delivering key messages effectively.
