Director, Legal Counsel - Market Access

One of our pharmaceutical clients is looking to hire a Director, Market Access Counsel for their commercial legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a company with multiple commercial products and a pipeline of new products to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating variety of contracts with GPOs, payers, health care providers, distributors, etc. 
  
• Advising on fraud and abuse laws including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
  
• Reviewing scientific and commercial/marketing materials 
  

Qualifications:

• and member of at least one State Bar.
  
• 3-8 years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
