As Director, Legal Counsel, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, you will be a key member of Schwab’s Technology, Intellectual Property, and Contracts legal team and will provide strategic, business-focused legal counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, and data-related risk. This role requires a seasoned subject-matter expert with strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex, regulated organization.
