Tasked with building the in-house legal team, you will manage all legal aspects related to leases, agreements, and intellectual property. Reporting to the COO & CFO, you will partner closely with Cozey’s leadership to create frameworks for governance and risk management that enable business scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate contracts with key partners and suppliers • Manage retail leases across multiple international markets • Protect Cozey’s intellectual property through diligent oversight • Ensure compliance with local and international data laws • Develop and manage scalable legal processes and templates
