Director, learning & development

Job Summary

The Director, L& D leads the strategy, design, and execution of technical learning programs across TPI's operations. This role oversees the TPI Academy engineering curriculum, technical skills training for engineering/quality/production teams, and frontline leadership development for production supervisors and team leaders.

This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR/OD, and regional training teams to deliver high quality, multi modal learning experiences that build technical capability, strengthen production leadership, and support TPI's global growth.

The Director ensures that all technical and leadership programs are aligned with business strategy, grounded in adult learning principles, evaluated for impact, and scalable across TPI manufacturing plants.
