Role Description
Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Compute is establishing a Mainframe tower in India as part of the bank’s broader Compute strategy and Mainframe transformation agenda. This role is accountable for building and leading the India-based capability across Bangalore and Pune, covering critical platforms including z/OS, Tandem NonStop, and i-Series (AS400), and for partnering closely with CIO and application teams to support the transformation journey. The role holder will lead technology operations, service operations, governance, and operational resilience across the domain, including risk management, and will ensure stable, secure, compliant, and audit-ready production services across both vendor-supported and internally governed environments.
