TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Director, Implementation based in New York. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and scale a high-performing Technical Services team charged with making Kharon’s data ubiquitous, defining the standards for how Kharon integrates with global financial institutions, corporates, and channel partners.
- Master the intricacies of Kharon’s various product lines and data schemas, providing expert guidance to clients on data mapping, field logic, and the application of Kharon’s methodology within their specific workflows.
- Act as a conductor between product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment with complex integration requirements.
- Own the end-to-end success of data feed and Enterprise API integrations, ensuring seamless delivery of Kharon’s insights into client environments.
