Role

We are looking for a Head of IT M&A to join Wärtsilä's CIO Office and work closely with the Corporate M&A Team. In this role you will provide strategic and project leadership for all IT-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and carve-outs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and driving the full lifecycle of M&A activities from market screening and due diligence through integration and completion.
