Job Purpose

• The successful candidate under the leadership of the Chief Executive will provide direction and advice in the management of Human Resources within the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital

Functions

• Provide direction in the development and management of Human Resources in the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital

• Lead in the policy development, analysis and review in the area of Human Resources Development

• Lead in the preparation of compensation budget for the hospital

• Advise and provide technical adn administrative support for the Chief Executive and Division Directors in planning, recruitment, placement, development and management of human resources for the cape coast teaching hospital

• Lead in the development of incentives/welfare packages for CCTH staff

• Lead in the development of guidelines and protocols on HR for the Hospital
