Director, HR Operations and Compliance

The Director, HR Operations & Compliance leads centralized HR operations across benefits, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring scalable, compliant, and resilient service delivery across the organization. This role also serves as the primary HR leader for approximately 50 Perseus Head Office employees, including senior leadership, and manages a small team of HR professionals. Reporting to the CEO, this role is designed to support a decentralized HR operating model and a lean Head Office environment. This position owns and delivers centralized HR services and capabilities that create value, reduce risk, and enable portfolio HR Directors to lead effectively within their respective businesses. In addition, the role provides direct HR support to a small Head Office population, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices.
