Job Description

The Director, People Business Partnering & Organisational Performance is responsible for ensuring Domain's people strategy directly enables the achievement of business objectives through workforce performance, organisational effectiveness and leadership accountability.





Reporting to the VP HR, this role leads the HR Business Partnering team and is accountable for translating business priorities into pragmatic people solutions that improve organisational capability, productivity, employee performance and commercial outcomes.





The role partners with senior leaders across the business to identify workforce opportunities and risks, drive organisational effectiveness, and ensure leaders are equipped to build high-performing teams.
