- Participate in regional definition of our value proposition- Supervise and provide the correct advisory to our clients and provide all the information they need to help them take strategic decisions of their insured benefits plan design and implementation.
- Develop new business strategies to meet our Growth Plan by generating the necessary sales pipeline using our CRM system- Built strategic relationship with clients to meet our retention plan goal and obtain a good score on our NPS- Maximize vendor and carrier relationships to drive value for our clients and optimize revenue opportunities for WTW.
