Director, Hagans Impact Fund

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position is responsible for the development of new housing investment product (HIP), financing initiatives and the innovation of existing DCHFA housing finance products. He/She will create programs that support the creation and preservation of affordable housing units in the District of Columbia. The position will work with both internal partners and external partners to identify opportunities for innovation in the areas of product development, structuring and funding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute the strategic vision, goals, and investment priorities for the HIP Fund in alignment with Agency objectives.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with developers, investors, lenders, public agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to advance the Agency's investment objectives
