Job purpose and responsibilities
This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the GPU HW leadership team; defining, developing and delivering the future GPU HW roadmap. The role includes responsibility for providing strong leadership to GPU HW Engineering’s multisite teams; encompassing design, verification and implementation skills.
- Team leadership and talent management: effective leadership of the team, including: hiring, retention, scalability, development, succession, mentoring and coaching, while acting as a leader who sets the standard and inspires extraordinary teams.
- Delivery: Drive execution at pace across multiple teams and locations, ensuring milestones are met while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
