Director Global HSE Support

Job Summary

In this role, you will lead the identification, development, and global implementation of cutting-edge environmental, health, and safety (EHS) global programs for West personnel not directly under the authority & reporting relationship of the E&PC, Contract Manufacturing, or Drug Delivery Device manufacturing leadership team. This role will also provide corporate leadership and oversite to HSE professionals in the West Arizona locations. Your efforts will ensure implementation and alignment with West Corporate HSE standards, compliance with varied international regulations, and foster a strong culture of safety across diverse global sites. Key responsibilities include strategic HSE planning, rigorous risk assessment and management, and innovative accident prevention initiatives.
