Director, Global Employment

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As Director, Global Employment, you own and grow Boldr's Global Employment (GE) business — our Employer of Record (EoR) and global hiring services — as a focused, repeatable, and profitable line of business.
You are the strategic and operational owner of the offering, the Clients, the team, and the P&L.
You lead our three service offerings: EoR Only, Contractor Conversions, and Full Global Employment, focusing on our defined Zones of Excellence.
You collaborate closely with our Product & Strategy team to explore expanding our services ensuring we can effectively productize and deliver any solution before going to market.
You lead the GE team and work closely with our Client Success team to help our Clients achieve their strategic and financial goals.
