Job Summary:

Directs teams in providing genetic testing services, including arranging and analyzing tests, reviewing orders, evaluating pedigrees and abnormal results, and making informed recommendations for testing based on complex risk analysis while considering cost to the organization. Ensures quality assurance by overseeing adherence to standards, investigating complaints, and directing teams on adhering to referral and care protocols. Directs genetics program management by providing organization-wide oversight on workflows, contributing to process implementation, directing program/project management, overseeing the implementation of new programs/systems, and providing feedback for development and efficiency.
