Job Description

The General Manager will provide full strategic and operational leadership for MasterBrand’s made to order manufacturing operations under the Kitchen Craft brand. Reporting to the Vice President of Semi-Custom Operations, this role has full ownership of the Winnipeg manufacturing facility, including responsibility for business strategy, operational execution, and performance outcomes. Operating within a highly advanced and complex manufacturing environment, the General Manager will lead a workforce of more than 1,000 employees, driving operational excellence while supporting continued investment in technology, automation, and innovative manufacturing processes. This leader will balance day to day operational rigor with long term strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and best in class product quality and customer experience.
