As the Director of FWSAR, you will report to the Senior Vice President, Global Support, overseeing all activities related to In-Service Support (ISS). This role demands extensive aerospace experience along with strong budgets, logistics, and team leadership to ensure aircraft maintenance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and control FWSAR program implementation at operating bases
• Develop strategies to enhance FWSAR ISS operations
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
• Supervise FWSAR team members effectively
• Collaborate with Airbus on operational implementation
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in aviation operations
• Proven record in managing complex aviation programs
• Strong knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations
