Job Summary
The Director for Employer Relationships and Assessment develops a recruiting plan and actively recruits new employers to ODU . This individual manages relationships with existing employers and identifies and seeks out new employer relationships for the purpose of hiring ODU students and alumni for experiential and professional opportunities. The Director has direct oversight and responsibility for the planning, marketing, logistics, and coordination of on-campus recruitment activities including informational sessions, interviewing, career/job fairs, and other networking and special events.
