Director Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Summary:

The Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the company’s financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with the finance and accounting teams, the CFO, and senior leaders across the organization to align on corporate goals, cash flow management, capital deployment, and expense optimization.

This position will lead the FP&A function in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and is ideal for a finance leader who can own the full suite of financial reporting and analysis while driving strategic initiatives that support organizational growth. The Director of FP&A manages a small team and plays a critical role in board reporting, executive insights, and continuous process improvement.
