Director, Finance Business Partner

**Your day to day**

+ Primary Finance Business Partner to ACD and Global Sales SVPs
+ Partner with the ACD/Global sales to drive strategic business initiatives
+ Oversee the consolidated AMER System Fund financials (ACD, Global Sales, Allocations, Ring-Fenced Programs)
+ Manage individual AMER Ring-Fenced Program P&L’s (AMER RMH, CP HMA, Business Edge, Groups & Meetings, TMC)
+ ROI analysis (Discretionary Investments, Agency Contracts, etc.)
+ Support headcount and spend management processes, ensuring governance and compliance
+ Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts
+ Collaborates with Finance COE to deliver both business and finance capabilities
+ Lead and develop two direct reports
+ Work with the broader teams to support IHG’s commitment to developing talent
