Position Overview:

The Director of External Enterprise Communicationwillberesponsible forsetting and executing Brunswick’s external communications vision alongside the Chief Communications Officer.As a senior leader for the organization, thisrolewilldriveenterprise-wide strategy and execution for earned media, public relations, and reputation management across the enterprise, while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on external positioning, messaging, and crisis response.

This rolewill protect and promoteBrunswick’s brand and business, and thusrequires a strong,proactivestrategist who can think long-termas well asactdecisively in themomentparticularly during high-stakes, high-visibility moments.This leader will report to the Chief Communications Officer.
