As an Exit Ready Director, you will be a trusted advisor to Belgian SME entrepreneurs. You will guide them through the complex process of preparing their businesses for a sale, providing strategic, financial, and operational advice. Your responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to SME entrepreneurs, guiding them through the exit preparation process;
• Lead consultancy projects focused on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic positioning to maximize company value;
• Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ businesses to identify opportunities for optimization and value enhancement;
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to develop and implement tailored exit strategies;
