**Overview**

We are seeking a high-velocity, operationally-focused **Director of Executive Talent Acquisition Delivery** to lead our core executive hiring engine. This leader will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all Director and Vice President (VP) level hiring across the enterprise.

The Director of Executive TA Delivery will manage a team of specialized Executive Recruiting consultants and drive a culture of high performance, rigor, and speed. You will be responsible for ensuring we hit hiring targets while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for executive talent.
