About this role:

The purpose of the Director, Executive Support and Conferencing Services is to curate a seamless, invisible digital experience for Gartner's C-Level leadership and 150 identified VIPs. You will act as the primary technical advisor to the executive suite, bridging the gap between complex enterprise IT and high-touch service delivery. By shifting the culture from reactive troubleshooting to proactive friction reduction, you ensure technology is a silent enabler rather than a distraction, particularly during high-stakes events like Board meetings and global earnings calls. Ultimately, you are the single point of accountability for the executive technology experience, prioritizing zero-downtime standards across office, home, and travel environments.
