They partner closely with core experiences (Search, View Item, Cart, Checkout) to make delivery expectations clearer—exemplified by the rollout of Shipping Signals, which communicates speed and Get it by dates for buyers.

The group operates globally with engineering and product teams in Seattle, London, and Toronto, supporting trusted buyer outcomes and streamlined seller logistics.
