Director Engineering Services

Reporting directly to the Commissioner of Engineering, Public Works and Transportation, the Director, Engineering Services is responsible for the direction of the Engineering Division comprised of Development Engineering, Capital, Water Resources, Energy & Environment Programs. The Director will manage a multimillion‑dollar capital and operating budget and provide leadership and expert advice in the delivery of the Town’s engineering functions and services. The incumbent will ensure the delivery of programs and services for a growing community with evolving priorities and infrastructure requirements; ensure compliance with Town standards; direct and review preparation of agreements, tenders, special projects and technical studies, cost effectiveness and recovery, design criteria, construction specifications.
