ASTTBC is seeking a Director, Enforcement to lead regulatory investigations and discipline in support of public protection across British Columbia. Reporting to the Registrar, this senior leadership role is responsible for fair, timely, and effective enforcement processes under the Professional Governance Act and the International Credentials Recognition Act . This is a unique opportunity to shape enforcement practice with a modern regulator committed to accountability, inclusion, and the public interest.

THE ROLE

The Director, Enforcement provides leadership and oversight for all enforcement matters, including complaints, investigations, and discipline, and manages a limited caseload of files.
