As the Director, Employee Experiences, you are accountable for building, leading, and executing an end-to-end employee experience strategy that ignites our culture and engages our people. You’ll manage a portfolio of employee events and experiential programs ensuring every moment reflects our culture, values, and commitment to being an inclusive and transformative place to work for all.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
