Description

+ Director opportunity to lead a newly formed AI Development POD supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within the global payments industry.

+ This role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact engineering organization responsible for delivering end-to-end product capabilities—from architecture and development through deployment and modernization. The Director will oversee a team of 14 professionals

+ Delivering scalable, cloud-native, AI-enabled applications

+ Embedding AI-assisted software development practices to improve engineering productivity and innovation

+ Establishing engineering excellence across modern Java-based platforms and cloud environments
