Director, Distribution Operations

Overview

Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, the Director, Distribution Operations will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the distribution network to ensure optimal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all regions.

What you will do

• Provide direct oversight and leadership of the Calgary Distribution Centre, and operational guidance and support to regional hubs through the local operations leadership team.
• Lead and manage all aspects of a cross province, multi-site, distribution center operation focused on safety, customer service, productivity and cost ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term distribution strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and customer service excellence ensuring best-in-class service and accuracy across all distribution activities.
