**Director, Digital Delivery & Agile Transformation**

**Position Responsibilities:**

1. Agile Delivery & Transformation (50%)

+ Lead the Agile Team portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivery goals.
+ Drive the transformation to a Continuous Delivery Framework (CDF) with persistent squads and iterative delivery cycles.
+ Define and implement Agile best practices, role clarity, and collaboration models for Scrum Masters.
+ Partner with PMO and IT departments to embed Agile ways of working and foster delivery excellence.
+ Track Agile maturity, team performance, and delivery outcomes through metrics and reporting.

2. Digital Platforms Management (50%)

+ Oversee the management of digital platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics.
