Director – Data Stewardship and Data Governance

Nuveen is seeking an experienced **Director** to lead **Data Operations & Stewardship** **Center of Excellence (CoE)** accountable for implementing and operationalizing Nuveen’s data stewardship model across Nuveen Global Asset Management Operations, Client Teams, and Investment Teams. Reporting to the Head of Nuveen Global Investment Operations, India, with a functional reporting line to the Nuveen Data Office, this role translates enterprise data governance policy and standards into scalable operating processes, clear decision rights, and measurable outcomes. This Director will serve as a critical role working with business and technology functions, leveraging Collibra as the central data governance platform, and will work closely with the Nuveen Data Office & engineering teams to ensure consistent, high-quality data stewardship practices that support Nuveen's business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
