Role Purpose
The Director Data Centre Technology is responsible for establishing and leading the 24x7 operational, technology, and service assurance functions for a newly commissioned data centre. This role ensures operational readiness, service continuity, security, and performance in accordance with defined SLAs, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Define and implement the end-to-end data centre operating model, including:
- 24x7 NOC / command centre operations
- Incident, change, and problem management frameworks
- Escalation models, on-call structures, and shift coverage
- Lead all operational technology domains, including:
- Network infrastructure and carrier connectivity
- Systems, platforms, and virtualization environments
- DCIM platforms, BMS integration, and capacity management
