**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The **Director, Custom Contracting** is responsible for developing, negotiating and implementing a strategic capital equipment plan and/or purchased services portfolio for HealthTrust members.

+ Reviewing and optimizing the current GPO contract portfolio and other opportunities as identified.
+ Collaborate with the HealthTrust/ Valify Solutions Group contracting team to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiation as applicable.
+ Build strategic alliances with key stakeholders as it relates to a successful capital equipment plan or purchased services expense management program.
