Job Description

Purpose:
 This role is responsible for originating and structuring reinsurance and funding agreement solutions across Asia (including funding agreement-backed notes (FABN) where applicable) and leading execution on selected transactions. The Director will partner closely with teams across Athene and Apollo (including investments, legal, finance, actuarial, risk, and operations) and work seamlessly across geographies (Bermuda and the United States) to deliver capital-efficient solutions tailored to client needs. The role will contribute to product development and market strategy for Athene’s APAC platform.Accountabilities:
Partner with APAC business development colleagues and clients across Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea, to identify needs, originate new product ideas, and develop client-ready materials and thought leadership.
