DIRECTOR, Control Systems

As the Director of Control Systems at Epec Oy, you will lead the R&D professionals and hold the P/L responsibility of the control systems business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of R&D projects. Alongside a strong technological orientation, you integrate market needs and commercial considerations into product development. You will also be tasked with creating a long-term strategic roadmap for product development. Long-term goals include also improving delivery capabilities, renewing product development methodologies, and ensuring the sustainability of the software and hardware architecture. Most of professionals in Control Systems work at our headquarters in Seinäjoki, where we expect you to work sufficiently as well. You will be part of the management team and report to the managing director.
