Director, Compliance & Ethics, AP

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Director Compliance and Ethics will partner with the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the global Compliance & Ethics team regarding the design, coordination, implementation and administration of the global compliance and ethics (C&E) programs/policies/practices. This role serves as a key strategic partner to regional and business leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and speak up across all levels of the organization.

This position will:

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance risks, emerging trends, and mitigation strategies
+ Ensure alignment with global policies, including the Business Conduct Manual, and applicable laws and regulations
+ Monitor laws, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the company's business
+ Develop/execute global ethics training and awareness initiatives in their assigned region.
