Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
The Director Compliance and Ethics will partner with the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the global Compliance & Ethics team regarding the design, coordination, implementation and administration of the global compliance and ethics (C&E) programs/policies/practices. This role serves as a key strategic partner to regional and business leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and speak up across all levels of the organization.
This position will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance risks, emerging trends, and mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment with global policies, including the Business Conduct Manual, and applicable laws and regulations
Monitor laws, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the company's business
Develop/execute global ethics training and awareness initiatives in their assigned region.
